Just a thought - why do all in-game zerg-infested human females retain some if not all of their original physical features when nearly all of their male counterparts (the only exception so far being Alexandr Stukov) are mutated beyond recognition?
I do not own a copy of Starcraft II: Wings of Liberty yet.

Combination of things. 1) Yeah, fan service. Blizz can't handle ugly women at all. 2) time: Ariel is newly infested still, she's still physically changing at this point. 3) the ingame models are gender-locked, but realistically they would not be. All humans should infest in similar ways, just no reason to design full models for something you're barely going to visualize as more than 'humanoid with tentacles and spikes'
